We have lived in this area for many years and know that this particular area of Catalunya is special and that it offers a unique holiday experience that is simply not available in most of Mediterranean Spain. When in 2010 an opportunity presented itself to market a small number of high quality homes in this area we didn’t hesitate to take it, and the Sitges Hills Villas brand was born. Since then we have carefully built our portfolio with high quality properties that we believe make great holiday homes and that we would be happy to spend our holiday in. We know all of our villas intimately and our ‘quality control’ process eliminates the risk and uncertainty involved in booking a holiday home and gives you peace of mind that your holiday in Sitges is in good hands. Villa Giovanna, a stunning designer villa with 9m x 3m swimming pool, offers a memorable Mediterranean getaway with breathtaking panoramic views of Sitges and the sea. This meticulously crafted villa spans multiple levels, optimising its privileged location. Situated in a popular private residential area, it’s a 25-minute walk to Sitges’ bustling center and beautiful beaches. Villa Giovanna is newly built to a very high standard and the elegant use of pastel shades and grey stone ceramic flooring throughout creates an atmosphere of cool calm.The villa is arranged over 3 floors as follows; Entry Level The villa is entered through a modern courtyard planted with lush palms and Mediterranean plants. The front door opens into the main area of the villa, with the first of the bedrooms (ensuite) to the left. To the right and a few steps down is the brand new, modern and fully equipped kitchen that leads around to the dining area. Also on this level is the stylish living area with wall-to-wall sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill-out area. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, a large TV with local channels and a coffee table. The dining area has elegant lighting and a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. This area also leads directly out to the pool and terrace area. First Level On this level are three good-sized and stylish double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and some with terrace and sea views. Lower Level From the dining area on the main floor there are stairs leading down to the lower level of the villa where there is a small bedroom with 2 beds which can also be arranged as double bed and a bathroom. Terrace and Pool Area Directly in front of the villa is the wonderful 9m x 3m swimming pool with relaxing water jets and stunning sea views. Around the pool there is plenty of room for sunbathing and chilling out.

There are several good restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities.
