The rental caves are situated in a peaceful location with access to a fabulous large private swimming pool which is shared between guests. The caves have been reformed sympathetically with wooden beams and rustic touches. There is a small patio area to the front of the caves and they have access to the fantastic swimming pool which is 10 x 5m and heated by 8 solar panels giving water temperatures of between 25 and 30 degrees centigrade from May to October. The caves maintain an ambient temperature all year round so make a cool, refreshing escape from the summer heat (without the need for air conditioning) and are warm and cosy during the winter months. The property is set within beautiful landscaped grounds covering 17,3 acres of land. Facilities include electric oven, microwave cooker, fridge & freezer, washing machine. Hair dryer and iron available upon request. There is plenty of parking, access is very good and the property is situated just a 10 minute drive from Cullar village which has all the usual amenities including a weekly market and communal pool.

The purpose of purchasing this property was for people to come and share the beautiful surroundings we see daily and want to have a cave holiday experience. We like to meet new people and want everyone to feel at home. We have a medium sized dog called Ava, who is very friendly and very well behaved.

Our caves are situated in the Small town of El Margen with a bar 10 minutes walk away. Cúllar Town is approximately 7km away. It has a few restaurants and bars, a monument of San Blas, many cave houses surrounded by countryside and mountains. The village of Cúllar is ten minutes away by car and has all the usual facilities for a village this size including a great public swimming pool open during the summer months and a weekly market. In the local area there are 4 Natural Parks, 3 lakes and it is a beautiful area to explore.
