El barrio es tranquilo , porque al encontrarse en las afueras del pueblo (a tan solo 10 minutos andando del centro) lo hace un barrio tranquilo donde hay pocos vecinos. El anfitrión vive junto en una casa al lado, por lo que está siempre disponible para cualquier consulta (lo único que se comparte es el aparcamiento) la piscina, jardín y todo lo demás es de uso exclusivo del cliente . NO SE PERMITEN LAS VISITAS FUERA DE LA RESERVA, SI ESO OCURRE SE ANULARA LA RESERVA, LAS MASCOTAS ES OBLIGATORIO COMUNICARLAS ANTES DE LA RESERVA
