Cortijo "La Cabieda" is located in one of the most beautiful and virgin places of the Natural Park of Sierra de Cazorla, next to the Cañamares River, near the villages of Chilluévar, Cazorla and La Iruela. It has capacity for 10 people with 10 beds, distributed in 4 rooms (2 doubles and 2 triples), two living rooms, a TV lounge and a large dining room-kitchen. It has an outdoor dining room and a terrace with magnificent views. It has 2 full bathrooms and a shower. Following rules of Junta de Andalucía barbecues are strictly forbidden in all Sierra de Cazorla between June 1st and October 15th
We are a big family who love traveling together. We enjoy knowing houses and we take care of them as if they were ours. Our lovely house "La Cabieda" has all our care in every detail and we try to get people to enjoy it as we do.
The Natural Park of the Sierra de Cazorla is one of the most beautiful natural parks in Spanish geography and has multiple places to enjoy the beautiful nature which contains. More than 200 thousand hectares make up the entire Cazorla Natural Park declared in the 80s as a World Biosphere Reserve due to its immense biodiversity and natural wealth. It is not surprising that Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente chose Sierra de Cazorla as his favorite destination for wildlife observation. It is very rare to come to the Sierra and not see any fallow deer crossing on the road, or raptors of all kinds flying over our heads. You can do hiking activities, cycling routes, horse riding, canyoning ... And excursions to mountains, rivers, waterfalls ... There are multiple pages and information on the Internet about activities to be carried out, and we have collected for you information about some of those sites.
