Situated in Estepona, Cozy Townhouse Selwo features accommodations with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a private garden. There is an outdoor pool with children's pool area also, which are both part of the urbanization facilities. It boasts sea and mountain wiews. The townhouse is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 in living area and the other private for each rooms, bed linen, towels, a flat screen Tv with streaming channels with movies and series options. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, private garden with a dining area, 2 terraces off the bedrooms with sea and Mountain View’s. The roof terrace has a chillout area for relaxing in the sun.

You will be located in very quiet urbanisation where you can enjoy the peace and privacy in the garden or in the terraces with a lovely views of sea a mountains, also take a pleasure in the community swimming pool. You can satisfy your culinary pleasures with a few nice restaurants and chiringuitos easy to reach both on foot and by car. For a fun special day you can visit SELWO AVENTURA, (animal park) distance only 700 mt. The fun and busy centre of Estepona is only a 7 minute drive. Estepona is one of the most beautiful towns of the Costa del Sol, with typical Andalusian architecture, walking streets lined with beautiful flower pots, quality restaurants and a huge beach.
Distances: La quinta golf & country club is 16km from the house, Estepona golf is 17km, New Laguna Village 4 km (Besos beach club/ Pacha pool club open soon) Marbella bullring 15 km; 15 min walk to Play Arroyo de la Canas, 700 mt Selwo Aventura. Only a 15 Min drive to the famous Puerto banus for high end shopping and dining. Málaga airport 72 km ;Gibraltar Airport 55 km
