The apartment is part of a residential complex with a communal swimming pool, which is open from June 1st to September 30th. Access is subject to the community’s schedule and capacity rules. Remember that you are staying in a community setting, so it’s important to respect the rules and the neighbors' rest. Located on the sixth floor, the apartment is bright and features a glazed terrace and a living-dining room with comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies thanks to the internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a window that connects to the living room, allowing you to cook while staying in touch with your family. The apartment has two bedrooms that accommodate the maximum capacity of four guests. Both have storage space and exterior windows. The main bedroom, with a double bed, has direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is complete and includes a bathtub. This accommodation requires a security deposit, which will be refunded within 48 hours after departure and inspection of the apartment. Neither Cubo’s Holiday Homes nor the owner is responsible for possible water supply restrictions imposed by the authorities. To mitigate any inconvenience, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
