This excellent accommodation in Villafranco, a well-connected district of Alhaurín el Grande, is ideal for families and offers a rural, tranquil atmosphere. Just ten minutes from Alhaurín el Grande and less than 30 minutes from Málaga city center, its airport, and main transport stations, it allows easy access to explore the province. The 220 m² property accommodates up to 10 people and ensures privacy with its tall walls and fences. It includes a spacious shaded porch for barbecues, while the pool area, separate from the porch, allows for sunbathing and refreshing swims in complete privacy. The pool is available exclusively during the summer season, and shaded loungers are also provided. An outdoor toilet adds convenience on pool days. On the ground floor, you’ll find the main living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as an independent, bright kitchen with exterior access and an additional dining table. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with ample storage space. This accommodation offers free Wi-Fi. A refundable security deposit is required 48 hours after departure following property inspection. Travel insurance is recommended in case of potential water supply restrictions.
