This wonderful country house with an incomparable character, combining rustic elements with touches of the Balinese style, will fully delight you. It is located in Manacor, it has a private pool and can accommodated from 6 to 8 people. Any corner in this finca invites to dream and disconnect from the daily life. Just imagine a dinner outdoors by the pool, listening to some music at the chill out area afterwards and having a cocktail under the straw pergola. The little ones will be delighted with the little lake on the lawn area. The chlorine pool, which sizes 5 x 4 metres and with a 1.75 metres depth, is surrounded by 6 fantastic wooden sunbeds. There is a mobile barbecue so that you can cook grille vegetables and meat and have lunch under the glazed porch, which also offers a living area for the children to play while you have a coffee. Upon entering the residence, you will discover a cosy living room with high cane ceilings, equipped with satellite television and air conditioning. This area is harmoniously integrated with a fully equipped kitchen with gas system, supplied with all the necessary utensils and a convenient American bar accompanied by stools. When it's time to relax, this house provides 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and access to a glass-walled porch. One of the bedrooms features a luxurious canopied double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. For additional guests, there is a charming loft above the kitchen, equipped with two single beds. In addition, a cot and high chair are provided, along with a radiator for added comfort. The property also includes a full laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Neighbourhood information

You will find a good variety of services like supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kind of shops only 1 km away, in Manacor. In fact, this is known as the "furniture" city and it is famous for its pearls factory, Majorica. Cuevas del Drach are also very near, a world of stalactites and stalagmites with a subterranean lake called Llac Martel. This is the best plec in the island if you want to visit dreamy beaches or coves like Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca and the paradisaical Cala Varques, only accesible on foot.
