After almost 10 years of experience and with a great desire to move forward, we created our own comprehensive vacation accommodation management company and so put our experience and enthusiasm at the service of guests who wish to stay in our apartments, our fundamental objective being full satisfaction. of the guest. For the prevention and investigation of terrorism, Regional Decree 31/2024 of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Regional Government of Andalusia requires that guests be given a document in the form of a contract with the details related to their reservation. This document is the contract that must be signed by both parties. The entrance to the apartment will be through the Staymyway App. All guests must register their identity documents (upload photos of identity documents and selfie), and sign the travelers' reports/rental contract through the Staymayway Application before their arrival at the apartment, for subsequent submission to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels.
