This beautiful vacation home in the Alhama Golf Resort is the ideal vacation destination for golfers and families. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with a flat-screen TV. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, along with dining table and chairs. This accommodation includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. It also has a spacious outdoor terrace with patio furniture and seating area to enjoy the Spanish weather. This secure estate with beautiful gardens surrounding Alhama Signature Golf Course is ideal for the whole family. The resort has a very good golf course, tennis, squash, fitness, bike rental, soccer, etc...On the estate you will also find bars, restaurants, a bakery and a spar supermarket. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a children's playground along with a large communal pool. Condado de Alhama is ideally located in the region of Murcia in southern Spain, about 20 km from the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo and Puerto de Mazarron. The cities of Murcia and Cartegena are 50km and 60km away respectively, both offering an amazing choice of shopping, culture, history and nightlife.
