Wonderful, quiet, bright, comfortable and spacious triplex townhouse with 18m2 roof terrace, recently renovated with incredible views of the sea, Torremolinos and Sierra Nevada. 5 min / 300 m from the beaches and promenade of Bajondillo and Carihuela. Located very close to downtown, near the commuter train stop. Nearby there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, gym and children's areas The house is located within the quiet urbanization El Cortijuelo, with nice common gardens inside.Located on a street without traffic, which makes it a very quiet place to relax and enjoy the views and to explore Malaga and the rest of Andalusia. 15 minutes from Malaga airport, both by car and commuter train. Our house is newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. The terraced house consists of 3 floors (therefore, there are stairs inside). On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the third floor there is a terrace / roof terrace.
