It is a semi-rustic style house, that is, with decoration and rustic appearance on the outside but modern quality construction inside, built on a private plot of 4 thousand squared meters. Ideal for groups of friends or large families. Ecotax, electricity and all other costs are included in the total booking price. All appliances and furniture are new and high performance. The atmosphere of tranquility is unique throughout the island being the house located in a rural area not massed with quick and easy access with beautiful views of Puig de Randa and La Bruixa. Also the road and road leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away and the unique and extensive unspoiled beach of Es Trenc is just 15 minutes away. Also the nature reserve of El Archipiélago de Cabrera can be visited from the town attached to the beach of Es Trenc, La Colonia de Sant Jordi. The house is divided into two different areas, each with its own kitchen and with its own fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning latest generation Daikin in the living rooms.

The house is located in one of the most idyllic and quiet rustic environments of all Mallorca at the foot of Puig de Randa in the municipality of Llucmajor. The village is located just 2 kilometers away and it has all the services, including four large supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, wonderful restaurants and a fantastic market three days a week.
