Ser� un lugar para perder la noci�n del tiempo , para relajarse , para tener una escapada en pareja o en familia. Relajaci�n en la piscina y sus numerosos locales de ocio de los arrendadores para dar una vuelta. Har�n un experiencia gratificante conocer la zona de la urbanizaci�n de roquetas de Mar. Dispone de wifi
Es una zona muy tur�stica en la que no necesitar� la utilizaci�n del coche propio, debido a su cercan�a de todo. Dispone de una tienda de barrio a la salida del residencial, varios restaurantes y t�picos bares que son indispensables visitar, la playa est� a 3 minutos del edificio, pero Almer�a es conocida por sus calas que son para�sos para ello si se necesita un viaje en coche aproximadamente de 1'30 horas.
