The studio is located right by the beach in Valdelagrana and offer private parking and free WiFi. It is located in the Blegamar Urbanization, which has direct access to the beach promenade, several swimming pools during the school summer holidays, several tennis courts, bike parking and a children's playground. The studio is located on the first floor with access by elevator and staircase. It has a nice terrace with outdoor furniture for 2 people, a clothesline, a room with a double bed, a double sofa bed suitable for an adult or two small children and a dining table and chairs for 2 people. Additionally, it has an equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
The area and the neighborhood is ideal to be outdoors practicing sun bathing on the beach, fishing, cycling, canoeing, hiking, windsurfing and kitesurfing due to the location right next to Valdelagrana Beach and the virgin beach Playa Levante, also next to the wonderful natural park Parque Natural los Toruños. In this park, bike, kayak and paddle surf rental is offered, as well as activities for children. It also has several picnic and playground areas and a dog park. From the urbanization you have direct access from the urbanization to the beach promenade where you will find multiple restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, pharmacy and other businesses. The closest supermarkets are located on Avenida de la Paz about 1 km away. of the accommodation. These are the Carrefour Express and Día supermarkets that are even open on Sundays.
