This beautiful apartment will delight you with its excellent location right in Santa Catalina. Santa Catalina is Palma‘s most popular nightlife district and hotspot, with many bars, trendy boutiques and stylish cafes. Although the apartment has been completely renovated, it has lost none of its original charm. Former parts such as wooden beams, stone walls, etc. have been restored and adapted to the modern design. The spotlessly clean, renovated apartment impresses with its modern, minimalist furnishings.

Neighbourhood information

Although the popular pedestrian zone "Calle Fabrica" ​​with numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets is in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is extremely quiet. After marches through the beautiful city of Palma, you can experience pure relaxation, although all the sights and the lively Santa Catalina market with shops, the harbor and restaurants are just around the corner.
