Property information
This villa has been totally refurbished and was finished in the spring of 2024. It has a modern impression and style. It has air condition in three out of four bedrooms, and portable fans are available for the other rooms of the villa. The entire property is decorated to meet today's standard and contains of spacious rooms and a large and stylish outdoor area with the heated saltwater jet stream swimming pool in addition to a dining and lounge area. The heated jetstream swimming pool also has a bed with hydromassage. The villa has two different terraces furnished with seating and dining furniture where you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

The villa is situated on the hillside of the city Arguineguín. It's a quiet area away from the city center, but yet not far if you wish to enjoy the city's facilities such as restaurants, the city beach or shopping.
