The villa 'Fantastic renovated villa annex' is located in Mijas Costa and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours all year round), a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. Free parking is easy to find on the street, right in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request. Groups of young people are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels are included in the price. Pool/beach towels are included in the price. Bed linen is included in the price. The pool service man comes twice a week. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
