We manage holiday apartments on Gran Canaria. All Apartments are privately owned. Our offer ranges from standard studio apartments to luxury penthouses. All apartments are well-appointed, self-catering units. We greet our guests personally upon arrival and explain everything about the facility and the surrounding area to you in detail. We help and accompany our guests in all matters relating to their vacation, so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation. We speak your language: German, English, Spanish.

Property information

The cozy 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor and has a fantastic view of the beach and the sea from the large bedroom and the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a sofa bed, this can be converted into a comfortable double bed. Baby cots are available upon request. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, TV, internet. The pool is a natural pool in front of the apartment complex. It is protected from waves by a wall, it is quite flat and therefore also suitable for children. Another highlight is the newly created (September 2022) white sandy beach with another natural pool behind the harbor.

Neighbourhood information

The La Lajilla apartment complex is located directly by the sea. All apartments have a sea view. The beach is right on your doorstep. There are other beaches in the immediate vicinity: Arguineguin (approx. 500 m.), Patalavaca (approx. 1,000 m.), The famous Anfi beach (approx. 2,000 meters). All beaches are connected by a promenade. The fishing and marina is also only 800 meters away. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. Playa de la Lajilla - The small sandy bay is right in front of the apartment complex. The special thing about this beach is the walled bathing bay. Thus, the Playa de la Lajilla with its flat entry is also ideal for unsafe or older swimmers. Here you will meet a relaxed and well-groomed audience of international bathers. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants with a wide view over the bay, which offer local, international cuisine and fresh fish specialties. You can get small snacks and cool drinks in a restaurant right on the water. Another highlight is the newly created (September 2022) white sandy beach with another natural pool behind the harbor.
