Design apartments in the historic centre of Pontedeume. Building refurbished in 2020 with interior design and custom furniture handmade in local woods of chestnut, eucalyptus and beech. Located on the 1st, 2nd and attic floors of Rúa Ferreiros, these are exterior and bright flats. All the flats have a bedroom with a 150cm bed, complete bathroom, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry. The penthouse offers an extra 150cm bed in the loft, a favourite room for the little ones, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the historic centre of Pontedeume.
As an architect interested in sustainability, renovation and design, I have been able to travel around the world and live in different cities such as Barcelona, London or Santiago de Compostela. I have realised what a traveller is looking for in their holidays, what kind of places a couple falls in love with and where you would want your parents to spend a weekend. Wood, lighting and design are the basis of a quality and warm flat. I hope you feel welcome and that you take a good memory home with you.
The streets of the historic centre of Pontedeume are characterised by its buildings, its stone paving and, above all, by its atmosphere and the fantastic gastronomy of the local restaurants. Enjoy octopus, clams, tortilla or empanada in the traditional restaurants in the surrounding streets. Pontedeume is directly connected to the AP9 motorway, allowing you to reach Santiago in less than 1 hour or Coruña and Ferrol in less than half an hour. In addition, there are regular bus services that connect with these cities by motorway. The central streets are pedestrian, but in the surroundings of the building there are several parking areas which are located a couple of minutes away.
