Villa Fonda is a holiday home for 6 people located in a quiet residential area of Calpe where you will be immersed in the Mediterranean life with its beautiful views of the green mountains full of pine trees. The nearest beach Les Bassetes, with its clear and calm waters, has a small marina and a restaurant where you can taste the specialities of the area while enjoying beautiful views of the Peñón the Ifach. Villa Fonda is spacious and bright with a welcoming and cosy atmosphere where thoughtful attention to detail has been paid to get a traditional style. Distributed over one floor you will find a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a large fully equipped and refurbished kitchen, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, also recently renovated. The house has air conditioning in all its rooms. The outside of the house offers a terrace with a shaded corner and comfortable sun loungers around the large private pool which you cannot and will not want to leave.
