Double split air conditioning/heating in the living room and bedroom. Sleep at night without overheating in the summer! This isn't easy to find in a rental! Do you like yoga? Teak and rosewood Indian furniture. Newly renovated bathroom. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Private development with 24-hour concierge service. The development has a large swimming pool, a children's pool, paddle tennis, a basketball court, and tennis courts. Free private parking, but during high season it can be difficult to find a space. There is an outdoor parking lot just behind the development.
