Located in Alcudia, the holiday home Gran Vista Mar offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 3-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, a partly covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. From here you will enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views. Free parking is available on the street, on the property and in a garage. Pets are not allowed. The property has security cameras in common areas but during the stay and while there are guests inside, they will be disabled. This will be reflected in the fact that the cameras have a protective cover that at first sight verifies that they are inactive. The cameras are in the entrance hall, hallway, kitchen door (but the interior is not visible), stairs to the upper floor, interior entrance to the garage. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Beach/pool towels.
