Ground floor, well equipped, one bedroomed apartment. Private, off road free parking. Situated on the edge of the peaceful village of Cadiar., which has all the usual amenities. Municipal open air pool just 5 minutes walk away. The Alpujarras is an area of outstanding natural beauty ideal for exploration by walkers and cyclists. The GR7 walking route runs very close to the property. Owners live on site so are available to help with local information etc.
quiet location on the edge of town its easy to walk into town , and if you drive in , there are also plenty of parking spaces
