We inform you that the lift will not be available from 25th November to 15th January, and during this period access to the building will only be via the stairs. The flat is located in a residential block where most of the properties are tourist accommodations. It has a lift and access for people with reduced mobility from the street to the accommodation. The flat is divided into three bedrooms, and has a shared area that is the living room and kitchen. It has a balcony facing the street, from where you can enjoy some lovely views of the Cathedral tower, the city centre, and the Sierra de Mijas. It is very pleasant to have a coffee or tea there in the morning while the city wakes up. The flat has been completely renovated since August 2024, and the kitchen is brand new, as well as all the furniture in the rooms.

The accommodation is located in the centre of Malaga, just 50 metres from the Plaza de la Merced. Very close to the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro, it also has an excellent location to access all the activities and events that are organised in the city centre. It is very close to the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral, the Alcazabilla Street and its Roman theatre, the baroque churches of the centre, the Picasso Birthplace Museum, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Glass Museum.
