“This is a room on the ground floor of a house. The family lives upstairs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is a 10-minute walk from the IFEMA exhibition center. It is located in a quiet, peaceful environment and it is safe.”

“1) 멕시코 출신의 여류 화가가 운영하는 숙소로 인테리어를 포함한 전체 분위기가 화사했고 아늑했음. 2) 화장실은 혼자 사용하기에 충분히 넓고 깨끗했고 기본적으로 갖추어야 할 것을 다 갖추고 있어 불편함이 없었음. 3) 학회가 있었던 IFEMA와 걸어서 20~30분 거리에 있는 조용한 부촌에 위치(가는 길이 일반적이지 않은 점, 한참 공사중이라 먼지가 많이 날린 점은 아쉽지만, 공사가 끝나면 다닐만한 길)”
