We offer a magnificent Chill Out Terrace, with a Mediterranean garden and a 360ª view to Barcelona Skyline. Our cozy apartments have prime location, in a quiet street in Sants-Montjuïc area, less than 10 minutes’ walk from Plaza España. Our 18th-century building is been fully renovated in 2014, respecting our heritage and providing all the comfort of the new construction. All units offer free Wi-Fi, large and bright living rooms, comfortable bedding, balconies, safe, security cameras, lift to access the apartments, air conditioning and heating. The apartments feature fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and italian coffee maker. Happy People team will be pleased to welcome you and offer you a happy and personalized stay. We will be happy to help you book your transfer, parking, visits, tours, tickets,… There is so much to do! Online check in and check out. No physical reception in the property, everything works with a digital system which requires payment and check-in online through the link provided.

Happy People Plaza España is in the lively area of Sants-Montjuïc, next to the España Industrial Park. It is an ideal location whether you come for business or to visit our lovely city. It is located in a nice and quiet street (Carrer Espanya Industrial), perpendicular to the shopping street of Creu Coberta. In the surroundings of the apartments, you will find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, ATMs, bars and shops, highlighting the great Mall of “Las Arenas” located in an old bullring. Happy People Plaza España is just 10 minutes walk from Plaza España, one of the most emblematic areas of Barcelona. The square was built for the International Exhibition of 1929. In the area of Plaza España there is the Fira de Barcelona (where the main Barcelona exhibitions and conferences are held), the MNAC (Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya), the Magic Fountain Montjuïc (with beautiful evening shows), the Caixa Forum (museum with fantastic temporary exhibitions), the Pueblo Español and much more. You will be well connected to the airport and to the major tourist attractions. The nearest metro stops are “Hostafrancs”
