The house is a detached villa located in a small, well-organized urbanization, the distinctive feature of which is a magnificent swimming pool with a very nice pool area. The villa has two floors and a solarium. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen with access to a separate room with a washing machine, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower. The living room through sliding doors opens directly onto the area where the dining group is located. Considering that even in January the daytime temperature is + 15-17 degrees, this is an ideal place for breakfast and lunch in the fresh air. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Above is a solarium with stunning views.

We are a couple in our middle 50. Our children (daughter and son) already adults and living their own lives, so we left the career of medical doctors and now live in Spain, enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The villa is located 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from professional level golf courses La Marquesa and 10-15 minutes by car from the excellent sandy beaches of Guardamar Del Segura and its surroundings. This town has a developed tourist infrastructure with a large number of cafes and restaurants, nice parks and the shallow depth of water near the shore is perfect for families with small children.
