This apartment is part of the Marina II residential complex, a small and charming development located by the marina and promenade of Punta del Moral. With a privileged location next to the harbour, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and just a short walk from the beach, it offers a communal swimming pool for the summer months. The communal pool is usually open during the following dates: Opening: 15th June Closing: 15th September
