This modern, newly renovated ground floor apartment is located in the quaint complex ‘Apartmentos Jardin’ in Islas Menores Mar de Cristal. 100m walking distance from the beach. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower, a spacious, open plan fully equipped kitchen lounge and;diner. There is a large private front terrace with pool view, for all day sunshine & sunbathing. There are sun loungers & relaxing chairs for your use. From the front terrace there is steps; ramp to the pretty gardens with benches and a gated resident only swimming pool. There is a second larger private terrace which is a great area for relaxing, reading or eating; Containing, table & chairs, relaxing seating area & bbq. The apartment also has English and Spanish TV channels and Wifi internet is free to use. The complex is small & very private. Both terraces have awnings.
Paul & Tina have several award winning holiday lets 9 years experience alongside hospitality; hygiene certificates. Mar de Cristal has a tennis centre which also has gym facilities, supermarket, sailing school, water sports and a selection of bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the complex. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag and have the warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor great for various water activities &; suitable for all ages. La Manga Golf is a 10 minute drive away. Located approximately 30 minutes drive from Murcia International Airport. 55 minutes from Alicante Airport. 10 minutes drive to La Manga. 1.5km ;less than 5 minutes drive to Los Belones with many European good restaurants Several golf courses, sports clubs, nature parks, marinas and hiking areas are all close by. 20 minute drive to Cartegena City and Espacio Mediterraneano shopping centre.
