Apartment in front of the beach with big terrace The apartment 110m2 is directly in front of the beach in a very calm and quiet building. It has a big terrace 37m2 and a balcony 7m2. All rooms have big windows with great views to the sea, marina and promenade. Very comfortable and high standing equipped. The master bedroom has a bed of 1.80m (5.90ft) The 2nd bed is 1.50m (4.92ft) The 3rd bed is 1.35m (4.43ft) Netflix and wifi available! If you are looking for a place to relax you are very welcome. There are two brand new bathrooms and a toilet. From the bright living room you can exit to both terraces. The new kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc. We have as well towel, parasol for the beach and let us know if you need a baby cot and chair we will organize it. The apartment is on a 7th floor with lift. There is a pool available from 10:00 - 22:00. Children can only access with an adult. This is a residential building and parties and events are not allowed.
I will be available during your stay and more than happy to recommend you nice places to visit in Tenerife. I live just 5 minutes away.
Radazul is a nice and quiet place without pubs or bars, far from the tourist areas. There is a marina with three beaches and a nice promenade. Five minutes walking you will find a bakery, pharmacy, very small supermarket, diving centers, fish, italian and meet restaurants. 3 minutes by car you can find a bigger supermarket, hairdress, etc. Santa Cruz is just 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is just a few meters away but a car is highly recommended. We have a private parking place in the building.
