This flat is in a large villa on a hill with views of the Mediterranean sea. It's the ground floor so to speak and gives onto a large manicure garden with a big terrace. The garden is totally private. You can park inside the property in the entrance's courtyard. There are 2 flats in the villa, and the owner lives in one of them.
Hi! I'm Anne. I live on site but we have a separate entrance and a separate garden. I'll be able to help you with your stay if you wish but if you want to be on your own during the stay we don't need to see each other either.
Very calm. The beach of the Hotel Elba is exactly one km away and around 7 minutes walking, and besides that beach there's Costa Natura beach, one of the first nudist beach in Spain. There are 2 large supermarkets very close by (around 700 m) and a few restaurants and a pharmacy. The marina is 3km from the house and Estepona center is 4 km away. You can walk to the marina in around 30 minutes by the beach promenade and there you'll find lots of restaurants bars etc.
