Disfruta de unas agradables vacaciones en nuestra villa, con una piscina comunitaria pero a su vez tranquila, amplia y cristalina así como un bello jardín para el disfrute de los mas grandes y una piscina para los pequeños, amplio sitio para disfrutar junto a familiares y amigos en las noches de verano. Podrás disfrutar de noches de juego en la terraza, forrada con césped o la terraza superior con una gran barbacoa y amplia mesa para comer todos reunidos. Ven a descansar a La Martinica, del bello entorno que la rodea, su majestuosa costa y entorno, desde casa La Martinica recomendamos la visita de la playa de los muertos o la cala de enmedio, cala del plomo o Mesa Roldán, un promontorio con corales fosilizados hace millones de años.
Frente a la casa encontramos un parque, perfecto para los niños, con bellos arboles y coloridos columpios. La playa esta a apenas a 3 minutos andando. También encontramos una serie de bares y restaurantes relativamente cerca, cómo por ejemplo la pizzería Sotavento. La plaza, eje central del pueblo, se encuentra a unos dos minutos andando, la distancia justa para que el bullicio de las noches de verano no sea un incordio, pero también para que el paseo hacia esta sea ameno y disfrutar de las heladerías que aquí se encuentran o tomar un coctel en el bar principal, para luego dar un agradable paseo nocturno por la playa que se encuentra justamente al lado.
