Apartment located in the heart of Cordoba, in a private complex 300 meters from the Mosque of Cordoba. It has a maximum capacity of 6 people and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and another bathroom next to it. The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Fully equipped with A/C, heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Free private parking located 150 meters from the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. RULES AND CONDITIONS: 1. ARRIVAL: From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please inquire about arrival between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM for parking only. Check-in is not accepted between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM or after 9:00 PM (cut-off time). 2. CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00 AM. Inquire about keeping your car in our parking lot until 1:00 PM at the latest. 3. CHECK-IN: Record all forms with ID or passport details via the link sent before entering the apartment. 4. NO SMOKING: Penalty: 100 euros. 5. RESPONSIBLE ENERGY USE: Turn off the A/C or HEATING when you are not in the apartment. We have an electrical energy monitoring system. If we detect that you have left them on when you are not in the apartment, we will charge you a penalty of 100e 6. KEYS: - Do not leave them in the lock from the inside and close the door when you leave. You will be required to pay for a locksmith service. - Forgotten keys inside the apartment: Opening until 9 p.m.: 30e. After 9 p.m., payment for a locksmith service. - Lost keys: Penalty: 120e + 30e for travel until 9 p.m. After that, payment for a locksmith service will be made. 7. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Delivery service: 50e + advance delivery fee. 8. PARTIES/EVENTS: Not permitted. Penalty: CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION AND EXPULSION OF ALL GUESTS. 9. NOISE: Not permitted from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
