The bright living room with air conditioning, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the terrace flows into the open dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Fiber-optic internet ensures excellent connectivity during your stay. There is a guest WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with ample storage and comfortable double beds (180×200 cm, 160×200 cm, 140×200 cm), as well as a bathroom with shower-tub, WC, bidet, and sink. Each bedroom has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A washing machine is available in the basement. The spacious terrace and uniquely shaped pool are the heart of the house – enjoy sun, shaded spots, loungers, garden furniture, and sweeping sea views. In winter, central heating keeps you cozy. A parking space is right by the house. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop, hairdresser, and the weekly market (Mondays) are about 1.5 km away.
