Property information

This is luxurious townhouse close to Doña Pepa and Quesada, which overlooks the communal pool. The property is nicely furnished with English TV, internet and a smartTV. The property comfortably sleeps 6 people. (a large double bed, twin beds and 2 twinbeds or a double bed). There are front and rear gardens and balconies to enjoy the sunshine.

Neighbourhood information

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance to the property in Doña Pepa and Quesada. In Quesada there is a large water park open during from June to September. The nearest beach is the town of Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away. There are many spanish towns around the area for your to explore. There are 2 lovely golf courses in Rojales and Algorfa within a 5 minute drive. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the area.
