Beautiful located apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. Situated directly at one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol with private pool and parking. The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons. The living room is equipped with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a dining table for 8 persons. The apartment has a big flat screen TV with many Spanish channels. You also have the possibility to watch your own TV channels through Chromecast that is connected to the TV. Furthermore it has a CD player with radio and free Wi-Fi fibernet connection. . It contains new hot and cold aircondition in the living room, as well as in the two biggest bedrooms each with sea views. There is a supermarket only 100 meters from the apartment and in very short walking distance you have restaurants and bars. Right on the Beach there is a beach restaurant, that is open all year round. The apartment is situated at the quiet part of the Beach promenade in Fuengirola, but still in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and a pharmacy. The apartment is situated only 5 minutes from the Carvajal train station.

My name is Martin Frandsen. I am living in Denmark with my wife and two kids. I work in the pharmaceutical industry in Copenhagen, and I bought the apartment in 2014. I hope you will enjoy your stay in my apartment and the area as much as we do. Parking in the closed area behind the building can be difficult during the highseason, July and August, especially in the weekends. The swimmingpool is open all year round.

In the area near the apartment and up to about 10 km from the apartment there is a water park in Mijas, Fuengirola Zoo, Aquarium with dolphin show in Benalmadena, Tivoli in Benalmadena, cable car in Benalmadena, Torrequebrada Casino and plenty of water sports along the beach. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station Carvajal, which runs directly to the airport or Malaga and Fuengirola. It takes 25 minutes to reach the airport, 6 minutes to Fuengirola with its large selection of shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to Benalmadena Tivoli and a cable car that runs to the top of a mountain with a very nice view, and a great eagle show. It is possible to get to Torremolinos in approximately 15 minutes and Malaga in about 30 min. There is also a bus stop just 3 minutes from the apartment, right where you cross the road when you go to the train station, from there you can take bus M120 to Fuengirola and Los Boliches, or the other way to the spectacular Marina in Benalmádena, where you will also find an aquarium. The bus also goes to the big casino in Torrequebrada.
