On the ground floor we have a garage and storage rooms for rent; you can use the garage without any problem, but we want you to understand that this room is also the access to our house and the storage rooms, that is to say, it is a shared use space. ONLY ONE CAR CAN BE PARKED IN THE GARAGE. No parties are allowed. No smoking, vaping or electronic cigarettes. Pets are not allowed.
