Property information

Beautiful sunny penthouse in the center of Sitges with a private sun terrace and spectacular views of the city and the sea. It is located in an area known as Oasis, as soon as you enter Sitges; a quiet and peaceful place, frequented mostly by families who enjoy access to the community pool and all services and transport a few meters away on foot during their stay. The beaches of Sitges are only a 5 minute walk straight away. The apartment is on the sixth floor with an elevator. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of them en suite. On this same floor we find a double room with its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor where the rest of the rooms are: one double with a double and single bed, another with a double bed and the third room with two single beds. All bathrooms are for private use and have a shower.The main double room has access to a spectacular roof terrace, very spacious and ideal for sunbathing and enjoying dinner with friends and family. The sea can be seen on the horizon and the views of all of Sitges are 360º.
