Beautiful, modern apartment situated close to Villamartin Golf and just a few minutes by car/bus from the golden beaches of the Orihuela Costa - the Costa Blanca. Enjoy the sun all year round from this perfectly positioned apartment. If you´re longing to enjoy the superb climate which the Costa Blanca offers, staying in an area close to the sea, or are a golf enthusiast, Linnea Sol is the place for you! This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy this wonderful area. Spend the summer relaxing by the pool or cooling off in the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. There's an open-air gym area and also a chipping and putting area for those who want to keep in shape while having fun. Finally, for the golfers among you, Villamartin Golf Course is close by, together with various local shops and businesses at Al Fuente, for all your daily needs. For those wanting to relax on the beach, the closest one is just 10 mins away! Linnea Sol really is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and enjoy the sun all year round.
