Newly renovated 120 sqm2 Loft in a typical charming Valencian 1920s building. Fully air-conditioned. Great location at the trendy Royal Marina. 10 min walk to the beach, City of Arts/Mall, restaurants and typical Mercado del Cabanyal with delicious local food products Easy access to Downtown with nearby Metro. Lots of light and space, perfect for families and friends. Brick walls, wood beams, high ceilings. Large living room and open kitchen with A/C, 3 rooms with A/C and 2 bathrooms. SmartTV, Sony speaker, fiber optical WIFI.
In case of emergency, we are available 24/7
Royal Marina district, 10 mn walk to the beach. Free parkings around, bike paths in front of the building. Metro and Tram are located 7 mn walk away from the flat, you will be in the Center in a 10 mn journey. 4 bus lines stops 5 mn walk.
