Beautiful apartment on the beachfront in a private urbanization with a swimming pool and large green areas. You will feel like in paradise! Cozy, modern and functional apartment in the Los Granados de La Duquesa urbanization. Fully equipped with capacity for 4 people. It has marble floors throughout the apartment, WIFI, hot and cold A/C, 55" HD TV and 24" TV in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator), crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender. 2 double bedrooms, 1 of them with bathroom en suite. 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub. Living room and master bedroom with direct access to the terrace. Large 28m2 terrace with direct views of the sea and the pool. Fully furnished terrace with lounge area to enjoy the afternoons and evenings facing the sea. The urbanization has gardens and direct access to the beach. Swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers. Underground parking in the same building. 24 hour security.
