The classy one bedroom apartment is situated right on the beachfront of Sitio de Calahonda and enjoys an amazing sea view over the Mediterranean. It is fully furbished, just renovated and surrounded by all that you need. With an size of 36 m2 it perfectly accommodates two. A modern stylish living area blends in with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The cozy bedroom has a double bed and a closed perfect for storing your luggage and belongings. The beautiful terrace enjoys a stunning sea view.
Our motto is "we give what we promise and we provide a home away from home". We take particular care of the property so that our clients can really enjoy it. We have been in Mijas Pueblo for thirteen years successfully running a well known Tapas Bar, "Oscars". Please check "Oscars Tapas Bar" web site to know more about us. Traveled and worked all over the world we finally found a lovely spot where to live and run our business. On a day off we love exploring fascinating Andalusia or dedicate ourselves to sport activities. We have been in tourism for twenty years now and the satisfaction of our clients is our primary goal. Villa Aquamarina is a ideal vacation house for families with children but all others are also warmly welcome. :-)
The location is ideal, right on the beach, close to chiringuitos, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs and medical facilities. Right by the building the fantastic boardwalk stretches along the beach and sea for 8 km, all the way from Marbella to la Cala de Mijas, offering idyllic views over the sea, beach and mountains in the background. Guests can walk or play sports as well as enjoy tasty cuisine and lovely drinks in the many restaurants and bars on the beach. Beach, sea, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical facilities are all within walking distance. The bus stop is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment and offers direct connections to villages and towns along the coast.
