If you are looking for tranquility, comfort and a very good location, the Lotos apartment is the best choice. It has an area of 75 meters, distributed in a bedroom, kitchen-dining room, living room, bathroom and a large terrace with lawn and views of the community pool where you can enjoy magnificent days of sun. It has SMART TV and FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI. PERFECT FOR TELEWORKING. There is public parking directly in front of the building. It is in La Paz, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Puerto de la Cruz.
I would love to welcome you to our apartment in my ideal area to live in Puerto de La Cruz , with beautiful landscapes an views of Teide. I have decorated the apartment with love and everything necessary for you to have a comfortable and unforgettable stay. I will welcome you personally and I will be available for any type of consultation you need as well as recommendations of places to visit, restaurants ... You will find places to see, restaurants and cafes of my favorites in the La Paz area, all very close to the apartment. And let yourself be surprised by the beauty of the island, with its landscapes, towns and gastronomy.
The apartment is located 300 meters from the Botanical Garden, located in La Paz, an ideal place to walk, have an aperitif or dinner. There is a mini market right in front of the building, and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy very close. The city center is approximately 2 kms away and you can get close by taking a pleasant walk. The connection with the highway is fast and comfortable (3 minutes by car). The north airport is 20 minutes away. The taxi rank is 300 meters away and the bus stop 400 meters. Vacation license: 2021- TF5021
