El edificio está ubicado en una de las mejores calles de este bonito rincón del sur, a un paso de la Giralda, en pleno corazón del romántico barrio de Santa Cruz. El edificio, de cuatro plantas, ha sido totalmente rehabilitado y decorado con mucho mimo. Cuenta con cuatro apartamentos, uno por planta y una espectacular terraza con piscina con vistas inmejorables. Hay ascensor.
