Cozy and comfortable apartment, completely new, with green areas, bright and kind, modern, sleek and stylish decorated. Ideal for families, travelers and visitors to the Río Hortega Hospital, 2 minutes by walking. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work area and two bathrooms, one bathroom in each room! The area has free parking on the street, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and two big parks with playgrounds, where you can have a nice walk also. It has all the calm you need, not a single noise during the day and night. Next to a bus stop straight to the downtown and the Valladolid's East highway VA-20. The apartment has an independent entrance, so you will not cross paths with any neighbors. Smart Lock installed to your best comfort, 24-hour independent Check-In.

The apartment is located in a residential area, does not suffer noise and/or visual disturbances from the Hospital. It is a quiet and family-oriented place, surrounded by green areas and sports facilities. Free parking spaces in the area. A bus stop around the corner with a direct route to the main tourist attractions. Easy connection to the highways, exit Hospital Nuevo by VA-20. 2 minutes walking to the Río Hortega University Hospital in Valladolid. We offer special discounts to medium-long stays for relatives of patients of the Río Hortega University Hospital.
