This “Penthouse” property is one of only 16 modern newly built apartments, built to very high specifications and standards, with all the ultra mod cons you could ask for. The apartment offers plenty of living space with its light and airy open plan walk through lounge, heading towards the kitchen and dining room, leading onto a sunny terrace, with awning, which overlooks the pool. The terrace leads you onto the large roof top solarium featuring the Rattan corner sofa and chairs, a Pagoda, a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ, all overlooking the pool and garden area. The property is situated within 700 metres of the safe sandy beaches of the ultra desirable Mar Menor, in San Pedro Del Pinatar, which also boasts 325 sunshine days a year. The apartment is just a short walk to a choice of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, the marina, and town centre. The Mar Menor is the largest sea water lagoon in Europe & widely regarded as having some of the best sandy beaches in Spain with a near perfect all year climate, this is a very desirable quality location indeed. The Mar Menor is a Mecca for all kinds of watersports, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing andscuba diving.
Hi All. I'm Ray, I'm 64 years of age and I live in the lovely city of York in the UK. I'm married to Jo and have two children and three grandchildren and we, as a family, try to get out to the apartment, at least once a year. I was a civil servant for 39 years prior to retiring and now hope to spend some time in the healthy and beautiful area of San Pedro del Pinatar. My hobbies are football, cricket, horse racing and golf.
The ultra modern apartment offers plenty of living space, with its light and airy open plan layout, whilst at the same time offers views over the swimming pool and gardens from both the sun terrace and the large roof top solarium. The apartments location, being just a 700 metre stroll to the award winning beach’s of the Mar Menor and only a short walk to all bars, restaurants and entertainment, makes the apartment and ideal place to spend a holiday doing what you want to do, when you want to do it.
