Beautiful villa in the hills of Santa Ponsa. Close to the center with frontal sea views and views of the beach of Santa Ponsa. Our house impresses with two luxurious terraces. Our house is also equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in summer and a sauna for the winter months. Note on pool heating: The pool is heated to around 24 degrees in the winter months. These figures are average values ​​and may vary upwards or downwards. As you can see from the pictures, the house is on a hill. A staircase/path leads to the bay. PLEASE NOTE!!! For people with knee problems or similar, it can cause a problem as there are many stairs - both down to the front door and inside the house itself.
Parking in front of the house. 5 minutes walk to the center of Santa Ponsa, restaurants, shops, bars, beach 7 minutes walk away. 3 golf courses are in the immediate vicinity, 10 minutes by car to Port Adriano - yacht charter possible. 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity Port Adriano climbing garden Water Park
