The holiday home is in a 38 km² valley between Ripoll and Olot, 15 minutes by car to both towns. Vallfogona is a very small and charming medieval village, with a well-preserved old part. There are a couple of restaurants/bars, one of them which offers the option of buying some staple items so you don’t have to drive to the nearby towns.
The village is surrounded by beautiful mountains and is a haven of peace and quiet. There are many well-signposted itineraries for those who enjoy walking, with different routes to suit all levels. The area is also well-known for its mountain bike routes and is ideal for motorcyclists who want to enjoy exploring the mountainous region on two wheels. Its location makes it an ideal destination all year round, as there are activities to do in each season.
