Ascensor directo y privado, piscina y terraza privados y espectaculares vistas sobre Barcelona a 360 metros de altura. A 10 metros de la estación del funicular y metro. Guest have a key to acces the private lift going straight to to Magic Place. Swimming pooll and terrace are abosuletly private for Magic Place registered guest. OUR SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN and we have the most advanced system for water recycling, purifying, and sterilizing. In spate of the drought situation in Catalonia and with a prudential use, we do not expect any problem in the near future.
Antonio is the owner of the family house, built in 1912. He is a chemical engineer and worked abroad for many years for the United Nations. He is now resident in Austria, but travels to Barcelona, for short periods, to manage the building. His son Mauricio and her partner Sofía are also assisting in the management and guest assistance We would be delighted to provide as much information as we have
