On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with a dining area, equipped with brand-new appliances and everything you need for a long and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this level. The living room, located at the front of the house, offers views of the lively Plaça de les Rodes. It features a large smart TV with standard cable channels and access to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The front bedroom has sliding doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the square.
